Today is Keana's birthday. I cannot believe that she is 11 years old already. She has grown up so much in the last 6 months. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have her around. She helps me to stay sane. She is such a big help to her younger brother and sister. She is so thoughtful and caring. All her life she has always been concerned about other people and how they feel. I am so grateful to have her as a part of our family.
To celebrate her b-day she decided to have a bunch of friends come over for a mini manicure and pedicure on Saturday. They had a blast, they had pizza with icecream cake. Watching all these 10 and 11 year old girls talk about boys and be so full of giggles reminded me of when I was that age. It was a lot of fun to watch my daughter and her friends.
Happy Birthday Keana, I am so proud to be your mom.
